What a great find. Seriously, if you’re on your way through the Ingersoll area, stop and get the Poutine. The fries are cooked in beef drippings. Real cheese curds on top of rich beef gravy. And don’t let the old Airstream trailer scare you. It’s the original truck...and if you get a chance to speak to the owner, you’ll learn so much. And doesn’t food with a story just taste better!?
Can't go wrong with PBs !! Best fries ever, big portion, amazing flavor. Love the silver bullet trailer, staff are always friendly. Love the upgrade with calling in or texting orders and debit payment plus new menu items.
As someone who's new to the Town the prices and service caught me off guard. Not only do they make the best food in town for some of the best prices but when they make a mistake they fix it faster than you could understand what was even wrong. I'll be coming back as much as my wallet and waist line will let me!
PB’s has been a favourite for over a decade - from getting it for lunch in highschool to having them do the late night food for our wedding this past year. Daniel has made such incredible improvements to the atmosphere as well as really amping up their event catering. A must visit place every time I am in Ingersoll, the best poutine I have ever had!

Awesome spot with great food at a price that's shockingly low. We got sausages on a bun and shared a regular poutine and had more than enough to fill two of us for just over 20. We'll definitely be going back.
